Kainan sa Balsa

Filipino food is served in the first floating restaurant in Cavite, and what a seafood feast it is! The owners wanted to recreate their own experience of serving food while inside a floating hut, something that they did for their family and friends. Now, generations of patrons can experience it. While seafood is still the most popular item on their menu, they also serve other Filipino favorites like barbeque, sinigang, and lechon kawali.
