Scouting for a new workout plan now will also most likely let you take advantage of any early bird or Christmas promos, and you’ll look and feel like a pro when the January gym crowd is at its peak. We’ve got some ideas ready if you’re game to take on that early #NewYearNewMe challenge.

Pretty Huge Obstacles

Hit your daily obstacles by taking on some actual physical obstacles – Pretty Huge Obstacles has ample room for you to do just that. Opened on February this year, this gym is Asia’s biggest obstacle course and training facility equipped with over a hundred obstacles, a 100-meter elevated indoor racetrack, and kid and adult obstacle zones. If stationary workouts bore you, this sprawling space and their programs might be for you (and the whole fam too).

Rise Nation

If you’ve been working out already and are looking to level up, check out Rise Nation’s High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes. Their 30-minute HIIT sesh is perfect for before or after office hours, if you have a packed sched but need a full workout. Their VersaClimber machine (a cardio machine that simulates vertical climbing) doesn’t only get you fit, it’ll prep you for indoor and outdoor hikes too if that’s your thing.

If you think spin classes are too tita for you, Electric Studio will change your mind.
