Rising at the heart of Quezon City’s bustling area Vertis North is Avida Towers Sola. It brings city living to greater heights with modern residential units, while at the same time giving residents that much-needed breath of fresh air since it is located near lots of green spaces at Vertis North Gardens.
There is so much in store for Sola residents, being part of the Vertis North development. Aside from providing green living right at the center of the city, it also serves as a gateway to all the best things in the metro and so much more.
Accessibility At Your Doorstep
Imagine stepping out of your home and being just a few blocks away from work. At Sola, this is very possible because of the various transportation options you will have available to you.
Traveling to Ortigas and Makati is a breeze from where you live, with the MRT-3 only a few minutes away on foot. Premium point-to-point (P2P) buses also serve the area, bringing you to the Ortigas area from SM North, or to Makati from Trinoma. Whatever your purpose is down south, you will get there with these convenient and safe transport options.
With the LRT-1 only a quick ride away from Sola as well, you can also reach the city of Manila, whether you are doing it for business or leisure. One can no longer say that this part of the metro is out of reach.
More Transport Options Soon: MRT-7 and Metro Manila Subway
Avida Towers Sola, as with the rest of Vertis North, is strategically located given that it is at the center of major infrastructure developments. The area is poised to be the next business district north of Metro Manila. In the two transport projects already in the pipeline, North Avenue is identified as part of the hubs for these projects.
One of these is the MRT-7, which is already undergoing construction. When it is completed in the last quarter of 2019, it will connect the northern part of Quezon City to the province of Bulacan. Planned to have 14 stations, it will originate from North Avenue and will travel through Commonwealth Avenue, Regalado Avenue, and end at San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Traveling from Bulacan to Quezon City will be a breeze with the MRT-7, as it will only take around 30 minutes.
The Philippines’ dream to have its own subway system will be coming true with the Mega Manila Subway. It will have a station in North Avenue near the Vertis North development. By 2025, it hopes to provide a faster way to reach Taguig and other southern cities from Quezon City.
One Station For Everything
Unifying all of these transport options will be the Unified Grand Central Station which will be located at the corner of North Avenue and EDSA, a portion of the existing Ayala Trinoma mall. Also known as the Common Station, it will provide a seamless connection between the major transport choices available. It will be the transport hub for everyone who wants to access the LRT-1, the MRT-3, and eventually, the MRT-7.
By 2020, the Unified Grand Central Station will serve over 400,000 passengers a day and will have designated areas for each of the railways.
Gateway to the North
Vertis North and Avida Towers Sola also benefit greatly from the existing connection to another bustling area in the north which is Clark, Pampanga. With the P2P bus service from Trinoma to the Clark International Airport, residents can choose to fly out through this airport. Or they can simply use this connection to get to other parts of Pampanga and nearby provinces. Better still, this connection also brings urban living in nature closer to home, with Avida Northdale Settings just within reach.
